Refund policy

At Simply Vow, we want you to feel as confident in your purchase as you do in your gown. Because of the delicate nature of bridal attire, we adhere to the following industry-standard policies:

• Return Window: Returns are accepted within 10 calendar days of purchase.

• Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers the cost of professional inspection, steaming, and insurance while the gown is out of the boutique.

• Condition: The gown must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition with all tags attached. Gowns showing any signs of wear (makeup, floor debris, scent) will be denied a return.
